Front-door camera and motion light covers most of it. We pick a spot that frames the porch, run cable cleanly, and set up the app on your phone before we leave.
Strata wants a managed entry system
FOB readers on the lobby and basement, electric strikes on the side doors, intercom into each unit. Done across a few visits so residents aren't locked out.
Just had a break-in
We upgrade what was there — newer alarm panel, extra cameras, motion floods covering the dark side of the house. Usually done within a few days while the insurance claim runs.

We scope the kit
Camera count and resolution, NVR storage, intercom type, FOB count for access. Spec sheet sent across so you know exactly what's going in.
We install and wire
Cable runs done neatly through ceiling and wall cavities. Power, data and any switchboard work handled in-house. No subcontractors disappearing mid-job.
We set you up
App on your phone, FOB programming, alarm code, smoke alarm test certificate. We walk you through it before we pack up.

YOU BOOK
Do I need a security licence holder or an electrician?
For wiring, mounting, switchboard work, hardwired smoke alarms and any 240V kit, you want a licensed electrician. That's us — CL 376553C and 000108133. Where a specialist security install requires extra licensing we partner with one we trust and stay on as the lead trade.
Can you hardwire interconnected smoke alarms before a sale?
Yes. Most older Sydney homes need an upgrade to meet AS 3786 — interconnected, hardwired with a 10-year backup battery. We install, test and issue the cert for your conveyancer.
Will the cables be visible?
No, we hide them. Where the building won't allow internal runs we use slim white or black surface conduit matched to the wall, lined up with skirting and architraves. We don't leave loops of cable dangling out of cornices.
