Can you work to a strata schedule of works?

Yes. We quote per the schedule, attend committee meetings if the chair wants us there, and stage work outside lift and concierge hours so residents aren't inconvenienced. Insurance and licence paperwork sent across before we start.

Do you handle AS 2293 emergency lighting?

We do. Install, six-monthly testing, certification and remediation when fittings fail the 90-minute discharge test. Reports formatted so they slot straight into your compliance folder.

Are you set up for after-hours commercial faults?

Yes. We hold ongoing accounts for several Sydney strata buildings and run a 24/7 line. Three-phase faults, common-area outages, exit-light failures, sub-board trips. Mani or one of the senior team responds.
