Ultimo packs a lot into a small footprint. The work mix reflects that. One day it's a kitchen circuit in a one-bedder, the next it's a three-phase upgrade for a noodle bar that has just signed a new lease.
Most apartments in the area were built or refurbished in the last 25 years, which means the wiring is usually sound but the load profile has changed. People now run reverse-cycle, induction, plus charging for two devices and a scooter from the same circuit it was sized for. We do the calcs and rebalance where needed, instead of just resetting the trip.
